Brilliant Cleaning Services offers very affordable and competitive rates. There are no restrictions or conditions and we supply all the equipment excluding a ladder. We use environmentally friendly, non-toxic products for all our customers. If a ladder is required we do ask our clients to provide that.
Weekday Rate:
1 cleaner $50 hr - 4 hour minimum for Vancouver, Greater Vancouver and the Tri-Cities. No single cleaners available for other areas.
2 cleaners $80 hr- (Discounted rates for booking weekly or bi-weekly)
- 2 hour minimum in Vancouver, Greater Vancouver and the Tri-Cities. 4 hour minimum for Abbotsford. 5 hour minimum for Chilliwack. 8 hour minimum for Hope and Squamish.
Weekends and Evening (5pm on-wards) Rates:
1 cleaner $60 hr (same time requirements as above)
2 cleaners $90 hr (same time requirements as above)
Rates for Statutory Holidays - Please contact our office.
5% GST not included in above rates
Parking for staff is required from customers.
If pay parking is needed it is at the customers expense.
Cancellation
48 hours notice is required for all cancellations or you'll be charged a flat fee of $110 plus gst. If 12hrs notice or less is received the cost of the entire booking will be applied.
Arrival Time
We provide you with a 1-2 hour arrival window relative to the scheduled appointment time. This is to allow for factors beyond our control such as traffic conditions, lockouts, customers adding services or cancellations.
Payment
We accept: Cash, Cheque, VISA, MasterCard or E-Transfer.
Payment is due at the end of the cleaning service.
A late fee of 5% will be applied monthly to all payments not received within 30 days of the cleaning you received
There is a $2.00 administration fee applied to all invoices.
There is a Fuel surcharge applied to each cleaning. $5.00 for Vancouver, Greater Vancouver and Tri-Cities. $10 for Richmond. $12.00 for Abbotsford. $15.00 for Chilliwack. $25 for Hope and Squamish.

Unsatisfied Cleaning
Should you not be satisfied with your cleaning service and ample time without restrictions was given we will come back within 24hrs free of charge to fix the area/s of concern. If ample time was not provided then we do not guarantee services. We do not provide refunds as we stand behind our work.
